Welcome to Pinecub. By accessing or using our website [www.pinecub.com] and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Wholesale Orders and MOQ
All orders are subject to our minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
2. Pricing and Payment
We only accept payment via Bank Transfer (T/T) to our WorldFirst account. We do NOT accept Credit Card or PayPal. Payment must be received in full before production or shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other events outside our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of wholesale B2B transactions, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom or bulk orders unless the products are defective. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
